Lighthouse Exteriors has been proud to serve Michigan families with exceptional roofing services. Now, it’s our turn to give back. We’re thrilled to announce the Light of Hope Roof Giveaway – an initiative designed to bring relief and brighten the lives of families in need. Through this program, we’ll provide a brand-new roof to one deserving family in our community.

Bringing the Light of Hope to Madison Heights
Yesterday was more than just another job, it was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
As part of our Light of Hope Program, the team at Lighthouse Exteriors had the privilege of giving back to a homeowner in Madison Heights who truly deserved a helping hand. Nominated by her friends, family, and coworkers, this incredible woman has faced challenges with strength and grace, always putting others before herself. It was our honor to finally be able to do something for her.
Starting early in the morning, our crew arrived at 7:30 AM and got to work by 8:00. Over the course of the day, we replaced her roof, decking, gutters, and soffit. Our goal is to ensure her home is safe, protected, and one less thing she has to worry about.
Our owner, Martino Montalto, was onsite to witness the transformation and thank the homeowner in person.
This project wasn’t about business. It was about community. It was about stepping in when someone needed it most and doing what we do best. Not for profit, but for purpose.
We’re grateful to the neighbors and nominators who shared her story with us. And we’re even more grateful to her, for reminding us that kindness, resilience, and hope are always worth investing in.
